Effective advisory boards are critical to the success of building an international consulting business. Having an independent body of people who have mastered roles and responsibilities of various businesses can be key to building a corporation. Each MPI advisory board member brings something unique to the business. They attend meetings and provide valuable input. The MPI advisory board plays an important public relations role, as well as, providing staff with a fresh perspective on business related issues.
David Wills
Vice President
U.S. Insurance Group
David is Vice President of U.S. Insurance Group and is responsible for the employee benefits division's results. He has over 14 years experience in the employee benefits field and has been involved in all aspects including, voluntary benefits, underwriting, group insurance, and brokerage.

David is currently involved in the following leadership positions: Vice President- Chattanooga Association of Health Underwriters, Secretary- Tennessee Association of Health Underwriters, Vestry member of St. Peter's Episcopal Church in Chattanooga, TN, Vice President- U.S. Insurance Group.

David and his wife Amanda have three beautiful girls: Katy, Lindsey, and Alexandra. He resides in Chattanooga, Tennessee and is a member of St. Peter's Episcopal Church.

Ms. Sellers began the practice of law in 1987 as a staff attorney for the Alabama Supreme Court. During 1988-1994, Ms. Sellers served as a Judge Advocate General in the United States Air Force where she gained valuable experience in criminal, domestic, contract and environmental law.

In 1993, she was named top JAG in Air Force Systems Command. In 1994, she joined Central Parking Systems (NYSE:CPC) as general counsel. During her tenure with CPS, she was instrumental in guiding the company through several large acquisitions in Europe, Latin America, and the Pacific Rim. These acquisitions coupled with a successful initial public offering (IPO) in 1996 lead to the emergence of CPS as the world's largest parking management company and a new member of the Fortune 500.

In 1997, she entered private practice and started a firm providing legal services in the areas of Criminal, Domestic, and Real Estate Property to individuals and businesses in Marengo and Hale counties. She is a member of the Alabama, Mississippi, and Tennessee bars.

She resides happily in Gallion, Alabama with her husband Brian, two sons, Matthew 13, Adam 8, and daughter, Anna 1.
