| MindPower International and HillRead Learning forms services partnership |

DALLAS, TX -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- May 14, 2003 - MindPower International, an Oracle integration and consulting services firm, announced today that it is forming an alliance with HillRead Learning, an interactive multimedia training solutions provider. The alliance extends both MindPower International and HillRead Learning's industry exposure and services presence. "MindPower International will leverage this alliance to support its continuing efforts to provide end-to-end Oracle based application solutions as well as any e-learning training solution requested by our clients. It also extends MindPower International's presence throughout the US," said Sean Harte, President and Chief Operations Officer. "MindPower International plans on using the partnership to support all its Oracle application integrations or as a new stand-alone service offering."
HillRead Learning is known for its forward thinking approach to providing interactive multimedia training solutions. The company has a proven track record of providing solutions to both the government and private sectors that improve training effectiveness while lowering overall training costs. They also have a web-based strategy to better support custom, home-grown or packaged Oracle applications with interactive multimedia training, which supports both local and remote employees.
